Job summary

A Plus Fire Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support fire protection maintenance contracts and service agreements. You will coordinate service delivery, manage contract documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements across technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.

The role focuses on maintaining contract records, following up outstanding issues and supporting clear communication between customers and the operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, service coordination or similar administrative role.
• Experience in fire protection, building services, construction or technical maintenance industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Uptick or similar service management software.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records and processing documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, technicians and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and administering service contracts, subcontract agreements and related contractual documentation.
• Maintaining contract registers, service agreements, client records and contract correspondence.
• Monitoring contractual obligations, service requirements, schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinating fire maintenance and service schedules with technicians, subcontractors and customers.
• Managing job allocations and following up outstanding work, reports and rectification needs.
• Preparing and processing quotations, purchase orders, variations and approvals; maintaining records.
