Job summary

Airmaster in Scoresby, Melbourne area, is seeking a Service Coordinator - Defect Estimator to prepare quotations for fire defect repairs, liaising with technicians and customers to ensure clear scope and timely delivery. You will work closely with field technicians, service teams and account managers to deliver accurate quotes and drive customer safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Technical knowledge in fire, electrical, mechanical or building services is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• Uptick experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review technician reports and inspection findings to identify repair opportunities.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotations for fire defect works.
• Confirm scope, labour, materials, and site considerations with technicians.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• Build relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional and solution-focused support.
• Manage a pipeline of defect opportunities in our system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for handover from quotation to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and customer protection.
• Ensure work complies with company policies and pricing standards.
