Job summary

Airmaster Fire is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our VIC Service team, based at the Airmaster Head Office in Scoresby. You will own Fire Alarm testing sites and service/repair works, delivering high-quality outcomes and an excellent customer experience.

Required are prior Fire Alarm system experience, industry qualifications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role offers opportunities to work collaboratively in a supportive team and to uphold

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Fire Alarm systems (essential).
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and inspecting Fire Alarm systems to AS1851.
• Managing scheduled and reactive Fire Alarm service and repair works.
• Ensuring compliance with standards, codes & safety protocols.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors & internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Completing accurate service documentation and reporting.

The Role

Airmaster Fire is currently seeking an experienced, skilled and dynamic Fire Alarm Technician to join our VIC Service team, based out of the Airmaster Head Office in Scoresby.

In this role, you will take ownership of Fire Alarm testing sites and service & repair works, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining, inspecting and perform programmed maintenance on Fire Alarm systems to AS1851
• Managing & delivering scheduled & reactive Fire Alarm service and repair works
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes & safety protocols
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors & internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
• Completing accurate service documentation and reporting
