Qualifications

• Experience in collections, customer service or loss recovery roles.
• Knowledge of debt collection guidelines and regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency with skip tracing tools and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform in high-volume KPI-driven settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior management.
• Customer-service mindset focused on positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the arrears accounts and related communications in line with KPIs.
• Negotiate and establish suitable payment plans or immediate payments.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and accurate banking details.
• Identify risks early and escalate to reduce losses and address complaints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
