Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a prominent commercial builder on a major project in Sydney, overseeing finishes, defects and handover. This fast-paced role drives programme, quality and subcontractor performance through to completion.

The role requires coordinating multiple trades, managing defects and conducting site walks with consultants and client representatives, with a strong emphasis on safety and specification adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Manager experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of finishing trades and sequencing.
• Proven experience managing defects and project close-out.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Available to commence immediately or at short notice.

We're recruiting for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a well-established commercial builder on a major project currently in its final stages.

This is an 8-week contract role starting immediately, overseeing the finishes, defects and handover phase of a large commercial construction project.

You'll be working alongside an experienced site team and will play a key role in driving programme, quality and subcontractor performance through to completion.
