Job summary

Encorp Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Foreman to take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of on-site projects in the high-end residential sector. You will work closely with the Project Manager, trades, subcontractors and clients to ensure every stage is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include coordinating site activities, supervising trades, reading drawings, planning sequences, and maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within high-end residential construction.
• Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction from ground-up through completion.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Solution-focused and proactive approach.

Responsibilities
