Job summary

Harwell Consulting seeks an experienced Foreman or Supervisor to lead finishes on a two-storey commercial project in Queensland. You will sequence and supervise joinery, painting, flooring, tiling and dry trades on a live, occupied site, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires at least three years of multi-trade supervisory experience and a proven ability to coordinate finishing trades across disciplines while aligning with project program.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years Foreman or Supervisor experience on education or general commercial projects with demonstrated supervisory experience across multiple finishing trades (joinery, painting, flooring, tiling and dry trades), not depth in one
• Experience managing quality, safety, cost and time targets with the ability to schedule, coordinate and manage site activities

This mid-tier builder protects a five-day working week through tender strategy and holds an unbroken Queensland awards track record since 2013. You own sequencing and supervision of all finishing trades from close-in through to practical completion end of January 2027 on a two-storey building.

The hard structural risk is behind the job. The civil package is substantially complete, the new carpark is open and trafficked, and the building is at or approaching structure complete with finishing trades mobilising now.

You are managing finishes on a live, occupied environment. Traffic runs continuously, the public are in close proximity to active work zones, and noisy or dusty finishing work (sanding, spray painting, cutting) must be scheduled around operating hours.

What you need:
