Job summary

Decode Group is seeking a skilled Finishes Site Foreman to lead the finishing stages of residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. You will work with the Site Manager and Project Manager to coordinate programs, manage trades, and ensure high quality finishes on time and safely.

Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, defects, handover readiness, and mentoring site teams while maintaining a productive, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman, Site Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Strong knowledge of residential or mixed-use construction and finishing works.
• Excellent trade coordination, leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read plans, manage programs and deliver projects to deadlines.

Decode Group is looking for a skilled and driven Finishes Site Foreman to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of the finishing stages of our residential and mixed-use construction projects across Sydney.

The Finishes Site Foreman is a site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate the site program, manage trades and subcontractors, oversee site activities, and ensure all finishing works are delivered in accordance with project drawings, specifications and construction programs.

You will also play a key role in managing defects, maintaining quality assurance, coordinating resources and ensuring the finishing stages progress efficiently through to practical completion and handover.
