Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant is ideal.
• Strong wine and food pairing knowledge is advantageous.
• High presentation and grooming standards required.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and professional face greeting guests.
• Provide exceptional sequence of service and guide dining experience.
• Learn guests' names, favourite drinks and food items to tailor service.
• Communicate with colleagues and management to maintain quality and service.
• Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Provide consistent, high-quality offerings to guests.
