Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and professional face greeting our guests.
• Provide amazing sequence of service and guide the customers through their dining experience.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements.
