Job summary

Catering HQ is hiring a proactive Section Waiter for The Steakhouse at Castle Hill RSL in Sydney. You will greet guests, deliver the sequence of service and guide customers through their dining experience with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow premium restaurant sequence of service.
• Strong wine and food pairing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and professional face greeting our guests.
• Provide amazing sequence of service and guide customers through their dining experience.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements.
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent offerings to our guests.
• Assist in providing an elevated customer experience from the moment they walk in.
