Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead The Dining Room, delivering exceptional guest experiences with warm hospitality and premium service. You will work closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to elevate the overall dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in fine dining, strong wine knowledge, and a collaborative approach to food and beverage. RSA certification is essential, with opportunities to grow within Lancemore Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership role in fine dining.
• RSA liquor licensing certification.
• Strong wine knowledge, especially Mornington Peninsula wines.
• Excellent guest-focused service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of The Dining Room with elevated service.
• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage, train and motivate the front-of-house team for consistent service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on service timing, menu knowledge and seasonal offerings.
• Drive a strong wine service culture with pairing recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service etiquette.
• Manage reservations and guest communications for a seamless dining experience.
• Monitor performance, guest feedback, and team culture; implement improvements.
• Uphold liquor licensing RSA and food safety standards.
