Job summary

Lancemore Lindenderry Hotel in Red Hill, Victoria, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team under Executive Chef Paul Wilson. You will contribute to delivering exceptional, story-worthy meals that showcase local produce and refined technique.

Qualifications

• Extensive CDP experience with Commercial Cookery qualification.
• Experience in hotel or banquet kitchen.
• Strong presentation and creative cooking.
• Ability to lead a team in absence of Executive Chef.
• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
• Well-presented, punctual and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow.
• Passion for quality ingredients and consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes as part of the Dining Room relaunch.
• Assist Executive Chef and lead kitchen station during busy periods.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with team to create visually appealing presentations.
