Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of HACCP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality cuisine to meet our relaunch concept.
• Support Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and plating.
• Maintain section cleanliness and workflow for efficiency.
