Qualifications

• 12 months customer service or administration experience.
• Studied in a finance-related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, maturities and withdrawals within set SLAs.
• Vet incorrect forms and follow up via email and calls to investors and advisers.
• Identify and elevate priority issues with Leaders for quick resolution.
• Support our extended team to meet customer servicing needs by skilling up.
• Attend relevant training and meetings and participate constructively.
• Proactively learn and seek growth and new skills.
• Leverage creativity to identify process improvements.
• Make responsible decisions within limits of authority to resolve issues.
