Job summary

Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking a Financial Controller based at our Somersby Head Office to lead the finance function. The role ensures data integrity, accurate reporting and strong financial controls while guiding budgeting, treasury, tax and compliance across SPA.

You will manage the finance team, coordinate external audits and provide strategic financial insight to support executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) or CPA Australia.
• Expert technical accounting knowledge including Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and banking arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrity and timeliness of financial activities across SPA.
• Lead finance team including accounting, payroll and accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with regulations.
• Manage annual budget and rolling forecast process with consolidation and analysis.
• Provide financial planning support to Business and Regional Managers.
