Job summary

Pedders Shock Absorber Service is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day accounting and financial control activities within the Support Office in Victoria.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will ensure integrity of the general ledger, timely financial reporting, robust internal controls, and audit readiness while partnering with CFO and operations to provide actionable financial insight.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join our Support Office team.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this newly created role leads the day-to-day accounting and financial control activities of Pedders Suspension and Brakes. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, accurate and timely financial reporting, effective internal controls, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

This is a key finance leadership role that will partner closely with the CFO, business leaders and operational teams to provide reliable financial information, disciplined cash and balance sheet management and practical commercial insight. You will also lead and develop members of the finance team, strengthen processes and support continuous improvement across the finance function.
