Job summary

Moir Group is assisting a well-established Australian manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to join its leadership team. The role leads the finance function, strengthens controls and reporting, and partners with senior decision-makers to drive performance and growth.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will oversee financial control, process improvement and commercial partnering across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualifications.
• Strong technical accounting, financial control and reporting experience.
• Proven capability across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Hands-on approach with ability to translate financial information into practical business outcomes.
• Experience within manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience working within privately owned or family-run businesses will be viewed favourably.
