Henty Early Childhood Association in Henty NSW is seeking a part-time administrator/bookkeeper to support the director and staff, using MYOB and Office skills to manage payroll, BAS/PAYG and accounts.
The role is about 20 hours across 2–3 days, with duties including invoicing, AR/AP, liaising with families and professionals, processing orders, and ensuring data reporting while staying compliant with policies.

An exciting position for a self-motivated person to work with the Director and staff team to operate our service, using their bookkeeping and administration skills to make a difference in a small child-safe community preschool.
We are looking for someone part time (approximately 20 hours) who is available to work 2 or 3 days per week, preferably one day being a Monday.
The role will entail but is not limited to:
Payroll – time sheets
BAS/PAYG/Superannuation
Accounts Receivable – invoicing
Accounts Payable
Liaising with families, accountants and other professionals
Processing orders
Supporting data collection and reporting
Undertaking other office duties to support the director, committee and staff team
Working within the policies and procedures of the organisation and related laws and regulation
Reporting to the director and committee
uphold a high level of confidentiality and a professional manner
Ability to multitask and deal with a number of clients, follow up on tasks assigned to you and organize your work schedule based on priorities advised.
Flexible and adaptable
Proficiency in MYOB/Microsoft Office programs
Certificate 3 or 4 in financial accounting or financial bookkeeping preferred
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
We seek a person who is reliable and punctual and has the capacity to demonstrate initiative and an ability to work within our team and autonomously.
Wages will be paid according to the Clerks Private Sector Award.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Working with Children Check, National Police Check and undertake mandatory child safe training.
