Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the finance stream of a large ERP transformation, designing future-state finance processes, controls, reporting, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

You will partner with Finance, Operations and Technology teams and external partners to deliver a modern, scalable finance function and support the first-month end close in the new environment.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required
• Experience leading ERP transformations
• Knowledge of finance operations, controls and reporting
• Experience with data migration and cutover planning
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance stream of a major ERP transformation and design future-state processes.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, procurement, billing, and period-end activities.
• Lead readiness activities: design, data cleansing, migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology and vendors to deliver the ERP.
• Drive financial reporting, controls, reconciliation and audit readiness.
• Lead workshops and training for business readiness and change.
• Support post-go-live stabilisation and first month-end close.
