• 15+ years of senior finance experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide finance transformation programme, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and ways of working
• Assess and enhance the finance operating model, supporting greater efficiency, consistency, accountability, and scalability across the Group
• Lead the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, including systems, reporting, process improvement, automation, and integration
• Partner with the Board, executive leadership, and finance stakeholders to align transformation priorities with broader business objectives
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, reporting, and risk frameworks to support financial integrity across a complex, multi-entity environment
• Provide hands-on leadership through transformation delivery, managing key stakeholders, priorities, risks, and implementation outcomes

About the Role:

The Finance Transformation Lead will lead a significant, enterprise-wide finance transformation programme, partnering with the Board and executive leadership team to strengthen financial operations, systems, and performance across a complex, multi-entity organisation.

This project-based role will deliver practical improvements to the finance function, supporting operational efficiency, commercial decision-making, and sustainable global growth. The role is based in Sydney Olympic Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise-wide finance transformation programme, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and ways of working
• Assess and enhance the finance operating model, supporting greater efficiency, consistency, accountability, and scalability across the Group
• Lead the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, including systems, reporting, process improvement, automation, and integration
• Partner with the Board, executive leadership, and finance stakeholders to align transformation priorities with broader business objectives
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, reporting, and risk frameworks to support financial integrity across a complex, multi-entity environment
• Provide hands-on leadership through transformation delivery, managing key stakeholders, priorities, risks, and implementation outcomes

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 15+ years of senior finance experience, including significant experience leading complex finance transformation or business improvement initiatives
• Proven experience across finance systems, ERP implementation, process optimisation, financial controls, reporting, and finance operating model transformation
• Experience working across complex, multi-entity and/or global organisations, with the ability to navigate different markets, stakeholders, and operating environments
• Demonstrated success in interim, project-based, consulting, or transformation leadership roles, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to quickly assess, lead, and deliver meaningful change
