Job summary
For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the finance stream of a large ERP upgrade, designing future-state processes, controls and reporting. You will partner with Finance, Operations and Technology teams, manage data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities, and guide stakeholders through change across multi-site operations in aged care.
CA or CPA qualified finance professionals with ERP transformation experience, strong controls and data
Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification and relevant accounting/finance credentials.
- ERP implementation and data migration experience.
- Strong finance controls, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance workstreams through full-cycle ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, procurement and reporting.
- Drive cutover planning, data migration, testing and go-live support.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology and external partners.
- Develop and maintain financial control frameworks and reconciliations.
- Lead workshops and manage business readiness activities.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation and month-end close.
