Job summary
WorkPac is seeking a Finance Systems and Reporting Accountant to join our Fortitude Valley office. You’ll own the finance platforms, support month-end, manage reporting, and help sharpen business decisions with accurate data and robust systems.
You’ll work on budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning, ensuring transactions are processed accurately. A CPA/CA path or experience with key ERP tools will be valued in this full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
- A degree in accounting, business or a related field.
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards it.
- Experience with large accounting software packages and strong Excel skills.
- SQL skills to extract and report on data.
- Experience with TechnologyOne, Basware, XL One or ERP administration.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including management accounts and variance analysis.
- Build reports and pull data to provide clear business insights.
- Maintain finance systems, including user access and upgrades.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately.
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning.
