Job summary

C3 Talent is assisting a well-established Australian organisation in Brisbane CBD to recruit a Senior Accountant. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement across multiple entities.

You will manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions and statutory compliance, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial insights.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong financial accounting experience.
• Confident managing month-end, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, privately owned Australian organisation seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Brisbane CBD finance team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the business.

The Role
