Job summary

IFYS in Maroochydore, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to lead governance, administration, and optimisation of our finance systems. You will work with the CFO, IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and efficient interfaces across the organisation.

This fixed-term, full-time 12-month contract offers a salary of $100,000 per year plus super, salary packaging up to $15,900, and professional development.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification is required.
• Experience in financial systems maintenance and administration.
• Experience in a senior accounting, finance or related professional role.
• Strong business analysis ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance, security and data integrity across finance systems and compliance with policies.
• Maintain and optimise finance system integrations and data interfaces.
• Provide training and guidance to the Finance team on system use and processes.
• Investigate and resolve finance system issues and data discrepancies.
• Manage finance systems projects from business case to post-implementation review.
