Job summary

The AFL is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Lead to strengthen and evolve its finance technology ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Workday planning tools and AI-enabled enhancements. Based at AFL House in Melbourne, you will lead system delivery, support and continuous improvement while collaborating with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics and club stakeholders.

Qualifications

Five+ years in a finance systems, ERP or enterprise applications role.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience contributing to an accounting system change or implementation.
Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls and operations.
Ability translate business needs into practical system solutions with Finance and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the performance and evolution of AFL's finance technology ecosystem.
Own the finance systems roadmap across core platforms and integrations.
Manage one direct report and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics and clubs.
Lead projects from requirements through testing, implementation and adoption.
Improve processes via Power Platform, automation and AI capabilities.
Oversee data flows, reporting, controls and testing.
