Job summary

Stone Recruitment seeks a Finance Systems Lead for a national business based in Sydney. You will own and optimize the finance systems environment and drive the ERP transition across the organisation.

You will lead a five-person team, manage integrations and vendors, and partner with Finance, Technology and Operations to deliver a robust, scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering a complex finance ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controls.
• ERP implementation or major upgrade experience, including UAT and migration.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or similar.

Responsibilities

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role leads a team of five and owns the operation, support and improvement of the finance systems environment. You will also represent Finance through the transition to a new enterprise-wide ERP platform.

Duties
