Job summary

You will administer ERP and other financial applications, manage security and data integrity, and drive automation and reporting improvements.

Lead BI reporting with Power BI and Excel, gather requirements, coordinate upgrades, and act as the liaison between the business and technology partners to enable transformational projects.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and administering business systems including ERP, financial and operational applications.
• Managing system configuration, user access, security and data integrity.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation and system enhancements.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Coordinating system upgrades, testing, implementations and change activities.
• Developing reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Supporting business transformation projects, integrations and future system migration initiatives.
• Acting as a key liaison between the business, software vendors and technology partners.
