Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Bangholme, Victoria, Australia, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support, optimise and transform our finance and operations systems. You will administer ERP and financial platforms, enhance reporting, and drive process improvements across the business.

You will gather requirements, manage security and data integrity, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on upgrades and migrations while building BI dashboards in Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, financial or business management systems.
• Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing or transformation programs.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and administering business systems including ERP, financial and operational applications.
• Managing system configuration, user access, security and data integrity.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation and system enhancements.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Coordinating system upgrades, testing, implementations and change activities.
• Developing reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Supporting business transformation projects, integrations and future system migration initiatives.
• Acting as a key liaison between the business, software vendors and technology partners.
