ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems (Pedestrian) is seeking a highly capable Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team and optimise our business systems landscape. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will administer and support ERP, financial and operational applications, enhance reporting with Power BI and Excel, and drive system upgrades and transformations.

• Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, financial or business management systems.
• Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing or transformation programs.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

• Gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions.

• Develop reports, dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Support system integrations and future migration initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business, vendors and technology partners.
