Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB in Bangholme, Victoria, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance team. You will administer ERP and financial systems, configure user access, and translate business needs into practical solutions.

You will develop reports and BI dashboards using Power BI and Excel, support upgrades and integrations, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, financial or business management systems.
• Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing or transformation programs.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer business systems including ERP, financial and operational applications.
• Manage system configuration, user access, security and data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate into practical solutions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, implementations and change activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Support business transformation projects, integrations and future system migration initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the business, software vendors and technology partners.
