  • Mapping and re-imagining processes using new AI tools.
  • Managing service providers day-to-day, running transitions and monitoring KPIs to hold providers to account.
  • Identifying and delivering automation across the team’s processes, and keeping the GPT AI library versioned, reviewed and growing.
  • Maintaining control standards across centralised processes, supporting the Compliance Plan and GS007 assurance.
  • Owning process timetables, output quality and the financial system timetable.
  • Working with Technology on new integrations, asset onboarding and offboarding, and resolving issues from the business as a finance representative.
  • Managing the analysts and the offshore provider team day-to-day, building capability and a culture of continuous improvement.
What makes you stand out

You are a finance professional with a history of improving processes and a practical interest in automation and AI. You are comfortable managing people and providers, including offshore teams, and equally comfortable getting into the detail of how a process runs.

  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and manage tight deadlines
