Job summary

Hitek Steel Framing is seeking a Finance & Office Manager to take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day finance and office operations as the business scales nationally. You will work closely with the CFO and General Manager, shaping how finance and admin functions run, and delivering accurate reporting and smooth operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across finance and office administration.
• Confident using MYOB or other accounting software.
• Highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented.
• Senior, high-trust role with real accountability across finance and office operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable and receivable management.
• Payroll processing and supplier management.
• Preparation and lodgement of activity statements and payroll tax obligations.
• Bank reconciliations and maintenance of financial records.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
• Overseeing reception and administrative support for executive team.
• Support for HR and production procurement.
