Job summary

Reapit Australia & New Zealand is hiring a Finance Manager to lead revenue close, collections, and finance operations across Australia and New Zealand from our Brisbane office. You will partner with commercial, treasury, and technology teams to strengthen controls, optimize cash flow and drive system improvements.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering timely, accurate financial reporting in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated finance management experience in a high-volume transaction organisation, ideally within SaaS, technology, subscription services or a multi-entity environment.
• Strong record of owning revenue close, reconciliations, assurance and reporting within demanding monthly close deadlines.
• Proven experience leading collections and finance operations or Finance Case Officer teams, including workload management, coaching and performance delivery.
• Strong understanding of revenue, accounts receivable, cash application, credit management and order-to-cash controls.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and timely information to treasury and internal or external audit stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with finance systems migration, data validation, user acceptance testing, cutover and post-implementation stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead core finance operations across Australia and New Zealand, including revenue close and assurance.
• Own revenue close, collections and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage Collections and Finance Case Officer teams, with clear service levels and performance measures.
• Strengthen revenue and receivables controls and cash conversion.
• Oversee NetSuite-based processes and collaborate with billing system owners.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls and stakeholder reporting.
