Qualifications

• Proven experience leading revenue close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience in high‑volume transaction environments, preferably SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and billing systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive process improvements and system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year‑end revenue close and variance analysis.
• Lead high‑volume invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage Collections and Finance Case Officer teams with SLAs.
• Collaborate with treasury, audit, and technology teams.
• Drive NetSuite governance and billing-system integrations.
