Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for our manufacturing operations in Melbourne. The role focuses on ownership of financial reporting, governance and NetSuite-driven cost accounting across multiple entities, with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will drive month-end processes, oversee AR/AP, and collaborate with Operations to improve cost visibility and working capital, while leading a capable finance team in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial accounting, financial control or operational finance.
• Manufacturing accounting experience including inventory and cost accounting.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience covering transactions, reporting and controls.
• Strong month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with audit, taxation and statutory compliance.
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification; strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity with a B Corp-certified Australian manufacturing business with operations across Australia and New Zealand, to find an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing Finance team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, governance, compliance and manufacturing cost accounting across multiple entities, while driving process improvements within NetSuite.

What You’ll Be Doing:
