Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Finance Manager to lead revenue close, collections and finance system changes across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with treasury, audit, commercial and technology teams to strengthen controls, improve cash conversion and deliver accurate reporting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong process discipline and experience with NetSuite in a multi-entity environment. Brisbane-based with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with professional qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume transaction environments, SaaS or subscription services a plus.
• Strong knowledge of revenue close, reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and year-end revenue close and related reconciliations.
• Lead high-volume transaction operations across invoices, receipts and adjustments.
• Direct collections strategy, ageing reviews and cash recovery efforts.
• Manage and develop Collections and Finance Case Officer teams.
• Oversee billing system changes, NetSuite ownership and data integrity.
• Support treasury and external/internal audit requirements with timely information.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls and reporting.
