Job summary

Aged Care Decisions is seeking a CA/CPA-qualified Finance Manager to take ownership of financial control, FP&A and BI on the Gold Coast, leading a small team and driving process improvements.

Based onsite at Southport, you will oversee AR credit/collections, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled finance. You’ll partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to accelerate performance and governance.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified — essential.
• Strong operational finance capability and leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading a team, with exposure to credit/receivables.
• Track record of leading projects to completion with stakeholders.
• Curious about technology and AI in finance.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control, compliance and management reporting.
• Lead AR Collections Manager and QA team to lift credit/collections performance.
• BI and FP&A — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and board reporting.
• Drive finance process improvements and automation initiatives across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional projects and governance efforts.
• Contribute to AI applications in finance and operations.
• Work onsite at Southport, Gold Coast.
