Job summary

Role & Client Overview:

A leading professional services firm is seeking an in-house Finance/Accounts Manager to join its Gold Coast office. This is a broad opportunity offering exposure across financial operations, reporting, commercial finance and business projects while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function with support from the wider team. This role offers a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

The Role:

• Oversee the firm's finance operations, reporting and compliance
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reporting
• Manage cash flow, reconciliations and financial controls
• Oversee trust accounting and audit requirements

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards), or an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager
• Trust accounting experience is essential
• Strong financial reporting, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Proactive, commercially minded and keen to contribute beyond the day-to-day finance function
