Job summary

Aged Care Decisions on the Gold Coast is seeking a CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager to own financial control, FP&A and BI. Based onsite at Southport, you’ll lead the AR Collections team, drive reporting for executive decision‑making and partner with cross‑functional teams.

The role provides a genuine pathway to Financial Controller as the business grows and a focus on technology, automation and AI in finance.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is essential.
• Strong operational finance capability with leadership experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and FP&A.
• Experience leading a team, with exposure to receivables/collections.
• Comfort with data and learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control, compliance and management reporting.
• Lead AR Collections Manager and improve credit/collections performance.
• Oversee BI and FP&A, including budgeting and Board reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation across finance functions.
• Manage cross-functional projects and AI initiatives in finance.
