Job summary

HumanX HR Pty is partnered with a family‑owned Australian manufacturer to recruit a hands‑on Finance Manager. You will lead a small finance team, oversee month‑end/year‑end reporting, and provide commercial financial guidance to the executive team.

Based in Mount Thorley, you’ll manage budgets, cash flow and forecasting, strengthen controls, and drive ERP improvements, including NetSuite usage. A four‑day week or nine‑day fortnight may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to lead a small finance team and collaborate with executives.
• Experience with manufacturing or multi‑entity reporting is valued.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small finance team while delivering day‑to‑day work.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end reporting, including consolidations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial analysis.
• Maintain financial controls and coordinate audits with external advisers.
• Improve finance processes and ERP functionality through automation.
