Job summary

CMI Toyota Portside is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead finance and insurance discussions, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to drive outcomes. This permanent full-time role includes a fully maintained company car and clear development pathways.

Based in Portside, you’ll contribute to a high-energy team within a family-owned CMV group, with steady opportunities across locations and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (finance and/or insurance is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management.
• Good computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems.
• Current driver’s licence is required.

Your new role

In your new role as Finance & Insurance Manager at CMI Toyota Portside, you’ll be responsible for:

About you

You don’t have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven’t! What we’re seeking is something who has:

• Proven sales experience (finance and/or insurance is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
• Professional and enthusiastic work ethic to maintain relationships
• A commitment to customer experience, whilst keeping a keen focus on results
• Good computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems and programs
• Possession of a current drivers licence is required
