Job summary

CMI Toyota Christies Beach is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers in person and over the phone, coordinate service bookings, and work with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing.

You will keep customers informed throughout their service journey and contribute to delivering an exceptional service experience alongside a collaborative team in a supportive, family-owned business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or customer service positions.
• Experience in the automotive industry (or strong interest).
• Confident communication style with a customer-first approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Tech-savviness with ability to learn new systems.
• Possession of a current driver’s license (essential).

Your new role

In your new role as Service Advisor at CMI Toyota Christies Beach, you’ll be responsible for:

• Being the welcoming face of CMI’s Service Department in-person and over the phone
• Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
• Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
• Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey

Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.
