• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer outcomes and settlement processes.
• Contribute to achieving branch sales and growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

About the Role

The Finance Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting customers across a range of financial products including lending and investments. The role supports branch operations while identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
