Queensland Country Bank is seeking a friendly Personal Banking Consultant at our Bowen branch. This full-time/part-time role focuses on delivering personalised service, identifying needs and guiding customers to positive outcomes.

Applicants must be ready to work across Bowen branches with a strong emphasis on support and collaboration. Two vacancies exist: a 38-hour full-time role and a 20-hour part-time role.

About The Role

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Bowen branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

We are currently have two positions available, a full-time role based on a 38-hour work week and a part-time role based on a 20-hour work week. Please specify your preferred role in your application. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Bowen region as required.

About You
