Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a front office finance role.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements, translating Rogo's capabilities into financial impact across banking and investing use cases.
• Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions.
• Establish credibility by solving customers' problems (e.g., public company research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
• Tailor product demonstrations to client contexts and validate where Rogo adds value for each use case.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop content tailored to bankers/investors and client types.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform sales and product strategy from a financial services perspective.
• Introduce new solutions to meet specific customer needs and drive market perception of Rogo.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
