Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced finance business partners for flexible, remote work to train AI-ready workflows on documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance required; you will craft rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models and deliver board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.

This is a remote, freelance-like role offering 5-20 hours weekly and a start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready p&l decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
