First Focus is seeking a Financial Services Technology Consultant to help financial planning firms, wealth managers and advisers adopt AI, strengthen cybersecurity and modernise technology. This is an individual contributor role with strong discovery and commercial skills, willing to translate tech into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in consultative B2B sales, solution consulting or technology consulting.
• Experience selling into financial services, wealth management, accounting or professional services.
• Track record selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud or AI solutions.
• Confident engaging with business owners, principals, CEOs, CFOs and tech decision makers.
• Excellent written communication and proposal development.
• Able to understand AI, cybersecurity and cloud services and when to involve specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial conversations from qualification to close.
• Translate AI, cybersecurity, cloud and managed services into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with solution architects while owning the client relationship.
• Produce clear, credible proposals and smooth handovers into implementation.
