Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support a major maintenance services contract in Geelong or Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle transaction processing, reconciliations, record management and month-end activities while collaborating with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance across the contract.

This is ideal for someone with experience in accounts processing or bookkeeping seeking

Qualifications

Experience in finance administration, accounts processing, bookkeeping or similar financial support role.
Experience processing journals, adjustments, invoices or financial transactions.
Understanding of reconciliations, accruals and month-end processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organisational and record-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Process and allocate contract overhead costs accurately and within required timeframes.
Prepare manual invoices, credit notes, journals and financial adjustments.
Prepare and validate payment journals for vendor invoices.
Maintain payment records and monitor approval status.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and transaction issues.
