The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Finance & Administration Officer for the Macquarie Fields Mission Centre and Macarthur Community of Hope. This 12-month, part-time role (18 hours per week) is based on-site in Macquarie, NSW, reporting to the Area Officer.

• Process invoices, payments and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Assist budgeting, reporting, reconciliations and year-end activities.
• Manage tenancy administration and payment processing.
• Support payroll administration and finance systems maintenance.
• Coordinate banking, donations and income processing for programs.
• Provide reception and administrative support and assist with fundraising.
